About Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) is a specialized paramedical program designed to prepare students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training in clinical laboratory procedures, diagnostic techniques, and medical testing. This program plays a critical and indispensable role in the healthcare system by enabling accurate disease diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and preventive healthcare.

Medical Laboratory Technicians are highly skilled paramedical professionals who work alongside doctors, pathologists, and medical specialists to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic reports. They are responsible for collecting biological samples, conducting laboratory tests, analysing results, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control in clinical laboratories.

The curriculum combines in-depth theoretical learning with extensive practical laboratory training, enabling students to master haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, blood banking, and immunology. It also develops critical thinking, analytical precision, attention to detail, and professional ethics — all essential for excellence in medical laboratory practice.

At Krishna Group of Institutions, our DMLT program is designed not only to impart advanced technical expertise but also to instill a deep sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment to delivering reliable diagnostic services that support quality patient care.
