Life is based on development and developing and growing is life. It is usually believed that education is a foundation for all-around development. It’s nothing but a sum-up of an individual’s personality and also a process of man-making.
I believe “The destiny of India is being shaped in its classrooms.” Education ingrains civic and social responsibility among everyone. India is a land of diversities. Therefore, to bring unity, education is a means for emotional integration. Learning is an essential aspect of human development as it is the mode of achieving a world of peace, justice, freedom, and equality for all. It ensures progress, endorses intelligence, skills and enables the students to be more industrious and assiduous. It also channelizes the undeveloped capacities, attitudes, interests, urges, and needs of the individual (students) into the desirable channel. With the backing of a good education, one can adjust and modify his/ her environment as per need.
Working in a multidimensional education institute is a tremendous opportunity for me for the last 3 years. It is my new journey in life. After all these years of my experience as an educator, I have experienced and observed that teaching is a part of an academic job but learning is a part of life and I would like to express a deep sense of gratitude to ALMIGHTY GOD for bestowing his bountiful grace to the new experiences, new adjustment mechanism that I have adopted to work with such amazing personalities.
