Krishna Group Of Institutions, Kanpur would like to thank Dr. Priyank Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marshall B. Ketchum University's College of Pharmacy in California, USA, for this incredibly interesting and valuable session. Thr focus was on health, and nutrition, and the challenges that come along because of the hectic life schedule that we are today a part of. The session also provided an insight into the foods and nutrients that should be a part of our diet and also the ones that should be avoided to ensure a healthy life.
